SHIPPING POLICY:

FREE SHIPPING!

Shipping and handling charges for all clocks purchased online are free in the Continental U.S.!  Most in-stock clocks are usually shipped within three to four business days and will be shipped by UPS standard ground. Order cancellations after shipment are not accepted and incorrect shipping addresses may result in additional re-shipping charges.  Automatic email confirmations are sent immediately after an order is placed to the email address provided.  Most clock orders are shipped out of our Texas or California warehouse via UPS ground.  River City Clocks are shipped from Kirkwood, MO via UPS ground service or FedEx.

WHERE WE SHIP:

Our free shipping policy applies to Continental U.S. orders only.  Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or to military APO/FPO boxes. International orders are not currently being accepted.

WARRANTIES:

Generally, the warranties on the clocks cover any defect in workmanship or materials but do not cover damage caused by the freight carrier or other misuse and inappropriate actions and conditions.  Manufacturers or their distributors may elect to repair or replace defective items under the warranty. In the event of damage during shipment of an order with us, customer must contact us by email within three business days and tell us you have a damaged shipment so that a replacement item can be sent and for further instructions.  Customer must note any visible damage to the shipping box with the carrier in writing at time of delivery.

BACK ORDERS:

Boev Clocks will notify you by email within three business days if a clock you have ordered is out of stock and will provide the expected availability date.  If items that are sold out, they may no longer be available from the manufacturers and not all items are offered with rain checks. 

RETURNS:

In striving to offer the best in customer service, Boev Clocks will accept returns on selected* clocks, including grandfather clocks.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied in your purchase simply return the item to us, via the same freight method received, within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges that may have been incurred.  You must contact Boev Clocks by email prior to shipping the clock back to obtain an authorization number.  Shipments back to us will be refused if a prior authorization number was not obtained.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the clock must be shipped back to us insured for the value of the clock to receive a refund (shipping damage will nullify the warranty and refund).  The clock must be in "new condition" and free of any scratches or dents for a full refund and include all original papers.  The clock must be in its original box and packaging, free of any non-factory writing or stickers, and be packed inside another box (the original box will not be considered as an acceptable return shipping box by us).  Please include a copy of the receipt for a quick refund.  Boev Clocks reserves the right to refuse any and all amount of the total sales price if the above conditions have not been met.

*Clocks from River City Clocks are not supported by "no Questions asked" return policies.  All River City Clocks are under warranty.  See your product warranty for reference.

Boev Clocks reserves the right to change these policies and terms without notice. Actual finishes may vary from product photography.  Batteries not included unless specified and not all battery brands may work with all brands of quartz clocks, which may therefore require the purchase of additional batteries.  The domain name Boevclocks.com, also referred to as Boev Clocks, represents Boevclock.com's official website.  Credit card charges will appear as The Boev Company.
