What payment method do you accept?
Payment is via PayPal. PayPal accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS or PayPal payments. PAYPAL provides a Secure Payment Gateway. Your financial information is not stored on our website. You do not have to be a member to use PayPal.
How much is your shipping?
Shipping and handling charges for all clocks purchased are free in the Continental U.S.
Do you offer International Shipping?
No.
How do you ship?
All orders are shipped via UPS ground delivery. UPS does not ship to post office boxes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days. UPS ground normally takes from 5 to 7 business days. See Shipping for details. Most clock orders are shipped out of our Texas warehouse. Clocks shipped out of our California warehouse can take 10 to 14 business days to arrive on the East Coast.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. This policy applies ONLY to the CUCKOO CLOCKS, GRANDFATHER CLOCKS, WALL CLOCKS, and FLOOR CLOCKS.
What if I ordered something that is out of stock?
In the event that the customer response is greater than we anticipate, you will receive e-mail notifying you of the item being out-of-stock, as well as the estimated arrival date if available. We will refund the charge for the item backordered. We do not back-order any items. We try to update our site as soon as we know an item is out of stock.
I don't have a credit card...can I still order?
PayPal is available. Sorry, but we can NOT accept personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks.
What is your privacy policy?
We take your privacy very seriously...any personally identifiable information you share with Boev Clocks will be used only for the purposes of your transaction. We will never sell, give, or rent our customers name, e-mail address, credit card numbers, mailing address, purchasing history or any other personally identifiable fact we learn about you to a third party. This is also why we use PayPal. Your credit card information is NEVER entered into our database and is only processed through Paypal. See Privacy Policy

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
While all the orders are packed with as much care as possible sometimes things do break in shipment. If you have an item that comes in damaged, notify us within 3 days so we can have another clock sent out, or credit may be given to you for the defective clock. We require that you send the defective clock back for an exchange before we ship the replacement. ALWAYS E-mail us or use our contact form to let us know the problem BEFORE you ship anything back. All orders must be accompanied by the Original Invoice and Original Packaging material and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization. We can only accept returns with an RMA number.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, simply return it to us within 10 days of receipt and we will be happy to refund the cost of the item. Please email us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) as we only accept returns with an RMA number. Shipping fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. In the case of a damaged item, please e-mail us with the item number and the ORDER #.
What is the warranty policy?
All River City Clocks have a two year warranty.
